American Modernist Street Scene Circa 1945 Oil On Canvas Painting. Unsigned. Interesting painting of a bustling street corner most likely in New York. Painting has cars, people, lighted signs, theater marquis, etc. The stretcher is marked, "The Little Gallery, East Newark, NJ." Measures 16" X 20". Provenance: Harold Boone Estate, Tupelo, Mississippi. Condition- Painting has some minor paint loss, mostly at edges and a convex dimple in upper right, 1" in diameter. See photos.
