London Armory Snider-Enfield .577 Long Rifle Pattern Pattern 1853. Marked on lock plate marked 1862 L.A. Co. with Crown over V.R. The rifle measures 55" Long with a 36 1/2" Barrel. This rifle has been converted from percussion using the Snider conversion. The right side of the stock has an impressed London Armory cartouche above the number 1. This firearm was manufactured before 1898. ***Buyer must be 21 years or older to purchase and a resident US citizen. This firearm will not be sold to residents of California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Washington D.C., or US Territories*** Condition – Over all very good condition with wear, surface rust, oxidation and wear, scratches and oil discoloration to wood work.
