Two Stoneware Jugs, Five & Three Gallon. (1) Three gallon salt glazed jug. Jug has an impressed, "3." (1) Dark brown glaze five gallon jug has a "three-finger-swipe-down" at termination of handle and is quite possibly made by D. E. (Daniel Esker) Summerford , Cherry Tree Community Mississippi, Alabama state line area, mailing address Bexar, Alabama. Has an impressed, "5." Provenance: Harold Boone Estate Tupelo, Mississippi. Condition- The five gallon jug is in good condition, missing glaze from top part of handle which occurred at manufacturing. Three gallon is in good condition. No chips or cracks. Missing some glaze from manufacturer at base. See photos.
