19th Century Fruitwood Armchair with Needlepoint Court Scene Upholstery. The fabric is decorated with a queen and her hand maid, unicorns and lions. The arms have acanthus carving, barley twist arm supports, legs and stretcher spindles. Measures 46" High X 26 1/2" Wide X 30" Deep. Provenance: William and Debbie Tallent, Corinth, Mississippi. Condition – The chair is in good condition. The needlepoint has wear and the back cover needs to be reattached to frame or replaced.
