1 – Hardcover World’s Fair Menu and Recipe Book – A Collection of the Most Famous Menus Exhibited at the Panama-Pacific International Exposition San Francisco by Joseph Charles Lehner (The American Gastronome) published by The Lehner and Sefert Publishing Company San Francisco c. 1915. Graphic color-printed hardcover with Native American and Red Devil, Curtains and an Expo Building. Stamp inside front cover stating "The World’s Fair Menu and Recipe Book Original Copy No. 600." 144 illustrated pages in English. Book measures 11 1/4" x 8" x 1/2".

Condition: Condition – Very Good – Cover has soiling and wear, especially to edges. Corners bumped and worn. Old taped spine repair with typed title. Former owner ex-libris inside front cover. Stamps and ink inscription on fly leaf. Hand written Welsh Rarebit on fly leaf and title page in ink dated 7/4/15. Inside pages have some toning to margins. Last page torn at hinge. Please see photos.
