Condition: Grandma Keeler’s Housekeeper – Good condition – white cover with gold lettering in mylar cover – Los Angeles advertising throughout, cover, worn, soiled and spotted, bottom right corner loss, inside front cover splitting, foxing and stains throughout, hand-written recipes in ink inside back cover; Down with Calories – very good condition – paperback in mylar cover – hand-colored illustrations throughout – cover has some loss and creases, edges worn; Early California Hospitality – very good condition – orange cover with black lettering – no dust jacket, slight wear to corners/edges, minor soiling to cover, former owners ex-libris inside front cover; The Palatists – good condition – blue cover with black lettering – ink writing on spine, faded spine, light wear to corners, edges and spine, ink inscription inside front cover; Up to the Minute Cook Book – good condition – brown cover soiled and shows light wear, corners worn and bumped, great local ads in front and back; Burnt Toast – fair condition – spine splitting but intact, light soiling and wear to cover and spine; Bonanza Banquets – very good condition – 12 parts in blue cloth portfolio in box with leather spine – significant deterioration and loss to leather spine of box, box faded and lightly soiled; portfolio spine faded, all 12 parts and menus in fine/near fine condition.
