Morton and Company Louisville, KY c. 1879. Combined lot measures approximately 10"x7"x5".
Condition: The Virginia Housewife (reprint) – very good condition – minor wear to top and bottom of spine; The Williamsburg Art of Cookery (reprint) – very good condition – corners bumped and worn, lettering on spine lightly faded, light discoloring of cover; Housekeeping in Old Virginia (reprint) – very good condition – cover lightly soiled, lettering faded, some light wear to corners and spine; Housekeeping in Old Virginia (partial rebound original) – good condition – rebound cover and spine have some wear and soiling; contents missing title page, general contents, and all but one page of the list of contributors which it torn and taped together. Content start with page 19 and runs through page 282 (missing 283-528 plus ad pages at back). Copy has one ad at the end from Williamantic thread and sewing machines. Please see photos.
