19th Century Telescope and Civil War Jeff Davis Hardee Insignia. (1) Civil War Jeff Davis Hardee hat insignia with four Horstmann Philadelphia eagle buttons. (1) 19th Century telescope with leather grip. Measures 9 7/8″ long. Condition- Telescope has some wear and losses to leather. Insignia and buttons are in overall good condition. Clasp on back of insignia has been replaced with a wire. See photos.
