Description
U.S. Civil War Leather Cartridge Box. This leather box has the original “US” box plate with interior tin liners. Measures approximately 7 3/4″ long X 6″ high X 2″ deep. Oval plate: 2 1/8″ X 3 3/8″. Condition- Overall very good condition. Some cracking to leather. Box plate is in overall good condition with dark brass patina and wear. Tins appear to be in good condition and were not removed.
