Six Early American Pressed Glass Butter Dishes. Most of the dishes are very similar in size. (1) Cherry pattern. (1) New Jersey pattern Loops and Drops. 8 1/2" Dia. X 5 1/2" High. (1) U.S. Glass "Star in Bull’s Eye", has a chip on lower section rim edge and fading and loss to flash decoration. (1) Bryce Higbee, New Crescent Pattern, Late 1800’s. (1) New Martinsville Glass Mfg. Co, Japanese Iris, Circa 1910, butter dish. (1) This dish is believed to be a version of The Halley’s Comet butter dish. Condition – Good condition, no chips or cracks with the following exceptions – (1) U.S. Glass "Star in Bull’s Eye", has a chip on lower section rim edge and fading and loss to flash decoration.
