Stunning Polk House Jackson, Tennessee Watercolor. Signed, "Mary P. Spellings." The Polk House is located on East Main Street in Jackson, Tennessee and was built in 1895. Frame measures approx. 30 1/2" X 38 1/2". Condition- Frame and matting has some wear. Water color is in good condition.
