Very Rare Country Store Cheese Safe. Cast iron counter balance lift with wooden base and the original beautiful hand blown glass cheese dome. Embossed lettering on arm reads, "Edward R. Smith, Oshkosh, Wisconsin; Patented Counter Balanced Display Case." Measures 41" high X 25" long X 18 1/2" wide. ***THIS LOT IS NOT BEING SOLD FOR ANTIQUE ARCHEOLOGY***

Condition: Condition- Original dome is in good condition, no chips or cracks. Good condition with some paint loss, scratches, and wear. Cheese board has wear and knife marks from use. Lid attachment is not original. See photos.
