Description
Mickey Gilley’s Snakeskin Boots. Picked on "American Pickers" Season 4 Episode 8, "Urban Cowboys, " from Mickey Gilley in Texas. Mickey Gilley was a country music singer for over 50 years. He had 39 Top Ten country hits and 17 hitting number one. He preformed in the movie Urban Cowboy and his nightclub Gilly’s was featured in the movie staring John Travolta and Elizabeth Newton John. Snakeskin boots with leather soles. Measure approximately 11" long. Provenance the remaining inventory of Antique Archaeology, closed Nashville, Tennessee location.
Condition: Condition – Top of the boots have been removed. Mickey probably had the tops cut off because of the heat from stage lights. See photos.
