Book measures 10 1/4" x 7 3/4" x 1 3/4"; and 1 – Hardcover The Amateur Pottery & Glass Painter with directions for gilding, chasing, burnishing, bronzing and ground laying by E. Campbell Hancock c. 1881 4th Edition. Green cloth cover with gold gilt decorations and lettering. Condition: An Early West Virginia Pottery – Condition – Very Good – wear to edges, light soiling to cover. Foxing and toning throughout; The Pottery and Porcelain of the United States – Condition – Good – Light wear to cover around edges and corners. Corners bumped. Spine faded. Wear to joints, head and tail. Inside clean. Back hinge is splitting but intact; and Amateur Pottery & Glass Painter – Very good – light wear to cover around edges and corners. Head and tail of spine have light wear. Gilt decoration on cover and spine are strong. Light toning. Stains on fore edge. Please see photos.
