Condition: Condition – Caf? de la Paix – die cut menu – excellent condition, letter – toning, menu insert – soiling to cover, frayed edges; Le Crillon – very good – bent corners, business card stained; Le Melrose -light toning, soiled inside consistent with use and age; Maxims – very good – slight toning and bent corners; Regence Plaza – bent corners, crease at bottom; America – very good; Hotel Ritz – very light toning; bent corners consistent with use and age; Eden Roc – toning, minor soiling to cover; La Cote Saint Jacques – soiled and toning to cover; Chantecler – soiling to cover, center crease; La Rotonde – very good; Joes Maison du Bifteck – very good with minor bumps to corners consistent with age and use; Allard – toning, ink signature bottom right; 2 unknown single sheet – both signed in ink at bottom right, lightly soiled and toned; Eugenie Les Bains Archive – very good condition; Conseil National des Arts Culinares booklet – cover soiled.
