Condition: Condition – PJ’s Pancake House – folded, lower right corner torn, creases; Wedgwood Pavilion Buffet – poor condition – toning, soiling, ink marks; Caf? Casino – cover worn on edges, folds, soiled, torn at spine; Hudibras – red ink inscription at top, soiled, small tear; Buxtons – folded, corners bent; The Annex – soiling and wear consistent with use and age.
