Washington DC Menu’s c. 1980’s including 1 Lincoln House half fold paper menu, 1 Duke Zeiberts half fold glossy paper menu signed, 1 Gusti’s Ristorante Italiano large half fold paper menu, 1 Le Cellier des Moines single sheet paper menu with reprinted article from the Washington Post, 1 Henry VIII Restaurant laminated half fold paper menu, 1 Auberge Jacqueline large half fold laminated menu with paper insert includes post card, 3 The Jockey Club tri-fold paper menus, two signed including two typed letters signed Peter Kinkhauser and Paul Delisle. All three in original mailing envelopes. 1 Sans Souci New Years Eve half fold paper menu signed by Chef Jean Jacques Cadiou, 2 San Souci half fold paper dinner menu inserts signed in original mailing envelope dated 1980. Combined lot measures approximately 18"x12"x0.5".
Condition: Condition – San Souci – all three very good condition with minor toning to cover of one menu; The Jockey Club – all in good condition with some minor soiling and wear to covers consistent with age and use; Auberge Jacqueline – very good condition – fold down middle; Henry VIII – minor soiling to cover; Le Cellier des Moines – torn upper right corner; Gusti’s – toning and soiled cover, spine torn (2") at bottom; Duke Zeiberts – fold at bottom, minor wear to cover; Lincoln House – cover soiled, ink mark on cover, corner bent.
