Food and Menu Dictionary – Very good condition – Cloth cover soiled. Minor wear to spine. Pencil markings in front cover; The Kitchen Encyclopedia – Good condition – Dust Jacket worn and torn with areas of loss, spine bumped; The Wise Encyclopedia of Cookery – Green cloth cover worn, corners bumped, spine worn with small tear at top; Larousse Gastronomique – Good condition – Blue cloth cover worn edges, spine worn and corners bumped.
