Knoff c. 1953; Helen Corbitt’s Cookbook by Helen Corbitt published by Houghton Mifflin Company Boston c. 1959; and The South American Gentleman’s Companion Two Volume (Volume 1 – Being an Exotic Cookery Book, Volume 2 – Being an Exotic Drinking Book) Box Set by Charles H. Baker, Jr. published by Crown Publishers, Inc. New York c. 1951. Combined lot measures approximately 7"x10"x5".
Condition: Blue Trout and Black Truffles (1st Ed.) – Very Good Condition – some wear to dust jacket (corners, edges and spine) in mylar cover, top and bottoms of cover boards slightly faded; Helen Corbitts Cookbook – poor condition – Dust jacket worn, torn and taped, cover page taped, recipes written in blue and red ink on first few and last few pages and cover. South American Gentleman’s Companion – Good Condition – box has wear and is soiled, books have blue cloth covers that are soiled with faded spines. Former owners ex-libris in both volumes.
