Lot includes 6 c.1901-1908 cookbooks including two copies of Uncooked Foods (Green Cover with White Lettering) and Uncooked Foods(Blue Cover with Gilt Lettering) by Mr. & Mrs. Eugene Christian c. 1904; Manufacture of Preserved Foods and Sweetmeats by A. Hausner c. 1904; Home Science Cook Book by Mary J. Lincoln and Anna Barrows c. 1908; The Globe Cook Book compiled by Emma Garman Krape c. 1901; and The International Cook Book by Alexander Filippini c. 1907. Combined lot measures approximately 10"x8"x8".

Condition: The International Cook Book – good condition – red cloth cover with gold gilt lettering soiled and spotted with slight wear. Corners bumped and worn. Spine faded and worn; The Globe Cook Book – good condition – red cloth cover with black lettering worn and soiled. Corners and spine bumped. Ink markings inside back cover. Home Science Cook Book – Covers soiled and spotted, Corners worn and bumped, spine faded and worn. Inside spine splitting, title page torn; Manufacture of Preserved Foods and Sweetmeats – black cloth cover with gold gilt writing. Cover and spine show some wear and soiling. Corners bumped and worn. Spine bumped and worn. Jan Longone and Corner Book Shop stickers inside front cover. First few pages have foxing, ink markings and a former owner stamp. Some pages have foxing; Uncooked Foods – good condition – green cloth cover with white lettering, cover spotted and some wear, corners bumped and lightly worn, spine worn, lettering faded. Bookstore stamp inside back cover. Uncooked Foods – good condition – blue cloth cover with gold gilt lettering intact. Cover shows very minor wear to edges, spine and corners. Corners bumped.
