Condition: Chocolate and Confectionary – good condition – cover faded with wear to spine. Lower and upper spine torn and separating. Corners worn.; Candy-Making Revolutionized – fine condition – spine is lightly faded/discolored, corners and edges slightly worn; Ornamental Confectionery and the Art of Baking – good condition – red cover with gold lettering faded with some spotting, spine faded with wear. Corners bumped and worn. Inside cover splitting at title page but not detached, back cover split but not separated, foxing throughout; Friedman’s Common Sense Candy Teacher and Supplement (7th ed.) – Good condition – green cover with gold embossed lettering – loose binding – ex-library , wear to spine and edges, splitting at title page but not detached, Jan Longone sticker inside front cover.
