Condition: 40 Years of Chez Panisse – near fine condition – light soiling to cloth spine; Escoffier Le Guide Culinaire – good condition – first few pages have minor creases; Cooking with Les Dames d’Escoffier – good condition – tail bumped; Le Guide Culinaire – fair condition – soiling to cover, spine split and separating (old tape repair); Escoffier’s Basic Elements of Fine Cookery – Copy 1 – very good – minor wear to dust jacket, head and tail bumped, toning, Copy 2 – good condition – wear and loss around edges to dust jacket, toning; George Auguste Escoffier – loss to head and tail of spine, wear to top of front and rear cover, former owner ex-libris inside front cover, hinge split and separating, toning and light foxing.
