Engraving After John Francis Rigaud (British, 1742-1810) Shakespeare’s “Prince Henry, Hotspur, and Falstaff” (King Henry IV, Part 1, Act 5, Scene 4). Engraved by Thomas Ryder (1746-1810) for John Boydell’s Shakespeare Gallery, 1796. Likely a re-issued copy by Shearjashub Spooner, New York, 1852. Engraving: 16 3/4″ X 23″. Frame: 24 3/4″ X 31″. Condition- Engraving has stains, toning, and two tears (top left corner, bottom right). See photos.
