Mid 19th Century Tintype of a U.S. Soldier. Nice photograph of soldier in uniform with shoulder epaulettes, sword (at hip), flask, and belt buckle. Soldier appears to be pre-Civil War. Image is housed in a gutta percha photo case. Visible image: 2 1/8″ X 2 1/2″. Housed in a gutta percha photo case. Condition- Image has some scratches and losses. Case has wear and cover is loose.
