Mid 19th C. Tintype of A Doctor or Medicine Salesman. Rare photograph of a pharmacist or doctor in top hat showing a slave or freedman a bottle of medicine that will make him well or cure his ills. Image is housed in a nice brown gutta percha photo case. Visible image: 2 1/2″ X 3″. Condition- Some small losses to image. Evidence of earlier mounting in an oval frame. Overall good condition.
