Description
International Time Recording Model 16, Circa 1930 . One of the most accurate time clocks available at the time. The #16 was commissioned by the Santa Fe Railroad. The clock has the original GE electric motor and is a self winding electric weight clock. The clock self winds every two to three days and is accurate to within 10 seconds per month. The oak cased clock measures 62 3/4" high x 21" wide x 8 3/8" deep. This clock will not be sold to international buyers or buyers located in states, municipalities Etc. that prohibit the sale or importation of Mercury. The presence of mercury in this lot will require the winning buyer or buyer’s agent to pick up the clock at our auction house. We will not ship this clock. Auctioneers have not attempted to test or start the clock. Condition – Believed to be in running order. The clock was running when removed from home.
