Description
Museum Quality 18th or 19th Century Wooden Fruit or Cheese Press. The frame is dovetailed to base and upper cross frame. Support brackets are attached with square nails. Press plate is attached to screw with wooden peg. The bowl is punched tin at drain. Measures 24 1/4" High X 6 1/2" X 12 5/8" at base. Condition – The press has some age cracks. The screw has some losses. Metal has rust. Some insect damage.
