Description on mat reads, "L 850, London & North Eastern Railway. G. E. Section. H. N. Gresley C. B. E., Chief Mechanical Engineer. 4-6-0 Type, 3 Cylinder Express Locomotive & Tender. Class B17. Built by the North British Locomotive Company LTD., Glasgow. 1928." Condition- Photograph is in good condition. Frame has some scratches and wear. See photos.
