Davis Pottery Smithville, MS Churn & Jug. (1) Five gallon white stoneware jug with blue company mark. The oval mark reads (Davis Brothers "5" Smithville, Miss). The jug measures 16 1/4" High X 11 1/4" Dia. (1) Two gallon churn marked (Davis Pottery "2" Smithville, Miss) .Provenance: Harold Boone estate Tupelo, Mississippi. The churn measures 11" High X 8" Dia. Condition – The churn is in good condition and does not have chips or cracks. Churn does not have a lid. The five gallon jug has traces of old paint a some minor glaze flakes, no chips or cracks.
