Description
Large Banquet Lamp w/ #989 Handpainted Signed Handel 10" Ball Shade. From the Waverly Mansion, West Point, Mississippi Collection. The base has a dark green satin finish milk glass vase. Oil cap on lamp is marked, "SOLAR." The lamp has been converted to electric. Although the lower section of this lamp looks very good, the lower section with the milk glass vase is not original. Lamp measures 36 1/2" to the top of ball shade. Ball shade measures 10" dia. Condition- lthough the lower section of this lamp looks very good, the lower section with the milk glass vase is not original. The shade has been damaged, two pieces have glue repair, that measure approx. 2 3/4" X 2 1/2" high and has a small chip at top rim. See photos.
