5 – California County Roadmaps and Route Maps prepared by the Route and Map Service Department of the Automobile Club of Southern California including: From Mono Lake and Bridgeport to Lake Tahoe and Reno Route Map "showing resorts, camp sites, streams, lakes, trails and mtn. peaks" folded 9 1/4" x 4 1/2" unfolded 9 1/4" x 35 3/8"; Automobile Map of the Western States showing location of National Parks and National Monuments folded 9 1/2" x 4" unfolded 23 3/4" x 19"; Route map from Los Angeles to Lone Pine via Mint Canyon, Mojave folded 9 1/2" x 4 1/2" unfolded 35 3/4" x 9 1/2"; Road Map of Owens Valley "resorts, lakes, fishing, streams, camp locations, trails and peaks" includes Independence, Big Pine, Bishop and Mono Lake. Folded 9 3/4" x 4 3/4" unfolded 37 3/4" x 9 1/2"; and Road Map of Tulare County including Tulare, Porterville, Visalia and Sequoia National Park. Folded 10 1/4" x 3 1/2" unfolded 21" x 27 3/4". Maps are not dated but estimated from 1910-1920’s.
Condition: Condition – All Very Good to Near Fine. All maps have light toning especially around folds. Western States maps has a couple of small pinholes at folds. Mono Lake to Reno map has a couple of old fold creases near Bridgeport at bottom of map. Ownes Valley map has a chip out of the upper right margin that does not impact the map image. Tulare map has a couple of small pinholes at folds. Please see photos.
