Portrait of 19th C Gentleman Oil on Canvas Painting. The painting is in a gold gilt Victorian frame and labeled on back F. Webber & Co., St. Louis, MO. Painting measures 20" X 24" and frame measures 28 1/2" X 32 1/2". Condition – The painting has considerable craquelure, some small hole in canvas with repairs. Frame is in good condition for the age.
